October was a busy month for Mighty Oaks Warrior Programs. We successfully completed our first Speaker’s Bureau Training, followed that with a Fight Club for Men and ended the month with our Marriage Advance. We continue to reach service members and their families and share the love of Christ with them.
Our first Speaker’s Training commenced the launch of our Speaker’s Bureau. Our speakers were able to see the vision and structure of the Bureau. They shared their testimonies, along with the stories of how they found purpose through Christ in their lives and received feedback from our group of seasoned speakers. The speakers left that week with a renewed confidence and refined skills to go throughout our great nation and share the love of Christ through their stories and their lives.
Our Marriage Advance brought us five couples who were ready to restore and strengthen their marriages. Great conversation, exceptional instruction and fabulous food were only a small part of what happened that week. The couples stepped up and made the decision to renew their vows that week at SkyRose Ranch. They all left that week with a renewed hope and valuable tools to continue to strengthen and improve their marriages.
